Historical Battle Voices is a library of vocal performances ideal for any and all army, battle, war and fight projects! Inside you will find an enormous selection of grunts, cries of pain, guttural roars, and historical battle orders and calls (including 'Forward!', 'Attack!' 'Knock' 'Lock!' 'Pour', 'Ball', 'Save the King!' 'Charge!' 'Prepare for battle!', 'You win!' and much more!)


The characters were performed by our Audio Craftsmen and a professional voice actor, providing as many options as possible for your next film, TV and game project. This library is ready for action and sure to add some liveliness and personality to your work. Pair it with our other historical weapons and armour libraries for an adventure-filled, immersive experience!

 

Sound have been separated into the following character categories:
Young Soldier: Includes battle cries and roars, orders and calls, grunts and cries of pain.
Knight: A deep-voiced, heroic man. Includes battle cries, roars, orders and calls.
Kid Fighter: A member of the youth ready to defend their village.
High-Ranking Officer: A haughty, authoritative figure. Includes battle cries and roars, orders and calls, cries of pain and heroic grunts.
Hardened Princess: A woman willing to fight for her kingdom. Includes grunts and cries of pain, injury and impact.
Foot Archer: An aggressive, energetic fighter. Includes battle cries and roars, orders and calls, grunts and cries of pain.
Village Warrior: A wilful, brave man. Includes battle cries and roars, orders and calls, grunts and cries of pain.


All sounds were recorded in 24Bit 192kHz, and have been tagged with extensive UCS metadata for ease of use.
